1Vision Outreach Resource Center provides support for families Services include but not limited (personal support, daily living, and respite care). We provide services to people of any age, including underserved children, adults, and any individuals who have developmental and behavioral issues.
There is a tremendous need for at risk children (in low-income neighborhoods) to have access to programs that will not only prepare them for adulthood, but empower their families to be successful in their personal lives as well as the greater community. 1Vision Outreach Resource Center is an outreach program that provides hands-on aide, care management, personal care, and a vital support system for families.
In-home or Community Respite care will be provided on an intermittent basis such as every evening/weekends, or once a week, so the caregiver can run errands, do laundry, rest, or attend an activity.

Additional Information
I am on the CLTS approved provider list and will also accept private pay funds. I look forward to meeting you and your family member
I have over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and families, something that has always been close to my heart. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, but my true passion lies in making a difference in the lives of others, especially young people. Since college, I’ve had a natural connection with kids. During my college years, I served as a mentor, helping children navigate personal challenges. That experience sparked a lifelong dedication to supporting and uplifting others. I also enjoy volunteering at my church, where I continue to work with children and families in a supportive, faith-filled environment.
Professionally, I worked as a Treatment Counselor at a behavioral health agency, where I supported youth in a wraparound program. I taught and modeled life skills, led recreational activities, provided interactive psychoeducational programming, and focused on building strong therapeutic relationships with both clients and their families. Additionally, I spent three years as a Prenatal Care Coordinator, walking alongside pregnant women from all walks of life. Whether I’m working with a teen in crisis or supporting a new mother, my goal is always to meet people where they are, offer encouragement, and help them move forward with confidence and hope. My warmth, patience, and ability to connect on a personal level have earned the trust of parents, caregivers, and colleagues alike.
She loves to motivate clients to become self-sufficient and push pass life adversities and unforeseen circumstances. Tamika has a solid work ethic and demonstrates reliability, self-motivation, and dedication.
